Returns will only be accepted within the first 7 days of receiving the item. If choosing to return, the item must be in the same condition it was received. Buyer will be refunded 80% of item purchase price (20% restocking fee). Buyer will pay return shipping and be responsible for care of item. Insurance is suggested. Please take pictures of item before packing for return. Contact Love Handle Clay prior to starting this process.
If the product is damaged on arrival, through no fault of customer, Love Handle Clay will refund complete purchase price. Pictures will be necessary. I may ask you to return the item for my inspection. I will provide shipping label.
